The team manger interviewing me was cold. Only spoke his story and didn’t allow me to speak much. Didn’t let me feel even an ounce of comfort to share anything or showed interest in what I was talking. I wrote emails afterwards ans he never replied.

I went through 7 interviews with 8 people at DoorDash. Half of these were phone interviews, the others in person. After the first round I was given a marketing assignment to acquire 10 customers in the demographic of my choosing. Though I did not receive feedback on the assignment, I was pushed to the next stage. I met and spoke with a people of all different levels, including an hour long phone call with the CEO/co-founder. After meeting with who would be my direct supervisor/boss, the company took 5 weeks to tell me I did not get the job. After 7 interviews. It was very clear that the organization did not have their act together in terms of how to determine who to hire. I received no feedback on why I did not receive an offer. It was a great disappointment to be treated with such disregard after such an arduous interview process.
