I went through 7 interviews with 8 people at DoorDash. Half of these were phone interviews, the others in person. After the first round I was given a marketing assignment to acquire 10 customers in the demographic of my choosing. Though I did not receive feedback on the assignment, I was pushed to the next stage. I met and spoke with a people of all different levels, including an hour long phone call with the CEO/co-founder. After meeting with who would be my direct supervisor/boss, the company took 5 weeks to tell me I did not get the job. After 7 interviews. It was very clear that the organization did not have their act together in terms of how to determine who to hire. I received no feedback on why I did not receive an offer. It was a great disappointment to be treated with such disregard after such an arduous interview process.

A lot of their questions were based on ideas I had for growing the Boston market, i.e, what ideas do I have spreading the DoorDash brand through Boston? What networks do I have that I could utilize to spread the word?
