Many interviews, probably 7 to get to the final round. Each interview was either with managers or other sales people. They enjoy having you meet a lot of different people and it was nice but very long process. Worth it in the end as the company and culture are amazing.

I interviewed through a third-party recruiter who was unprepared and unprofessional. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the role, responsibilities, or quota, curtly responding that “the hiring manager will know.” When I asked about next steps, she dismissively said, “Well, it’s Friday, I can’t have an answer today.”
The recruiter’s lack of knowledge and poor attitude made for a disappointing experience. I expected basic professionalism and information about the position. DoorDash should ensure their recruiting partners are better prepared to represent the company.

Bait and switch on remote work. They advertised the role as remote, then said it would be hybrid sometime “in the future.” Wouldn’t give a timeline, could have been one year from hire or one month.
