Everyone looks like they hate their job and have no work life balance , not sure I would want to work there

Had 5 rounds of interviews for Principal Software Engineer primarily focussed on architecture, design and leadership. Had 2 rounds of coding focussed on problem solving and critical thinking. Questions were on real problems faced by the Doordash engineering team which helped put into perspective what level of problems I could expect at what scale
