First, there will be a 15-minute phone call with the HR specialist, followed by an interview with the team. About a week later, you will receive a case study to work on, after which there will be a follow-up interview to present the case study to the entire team. If you pass the case study interview, you will proceed to the final interview with the line manager and department head.

It was a long process for a seemingly entry-level position at the company. I spoke to a total of 12 people over nine rounds of interviews. Out of the 12 people only one was a female.

Interview process is fairly exhaustive, however, they do try to move quickly. Went through 5+ rounds in a 2 month period. Focus on both technical capability as well as EQ skill set.
