Went through a month-long interivew process. The process focused more on the practical aspects of my niche within software engineering, which I appreciated. I can only remember maybe one leetcode question and it was easy. The rest of the process was quite easy in my opinion also. After onsite I got rejection with no feedback. The company should really give feedback after long process. I thought I did well so maybe they just found a candidate who was better. Overall it was not a bad process. Everyone I talked to treated me with respect and that's more than I can say for other companies.
Walking into the coding interview, I was taken aback when they asked about finding the K nearest restaurants based on coordinates. Just days before, I had stumbled on a mock on prachub.com that mirrored this question almost exactly. The interview felt straightforward, but I struggled with some behavioral questions. Overall, the experience was underwhelming; I expected more technical depth. After several rounds, they decided to go in another direction, which was disappointing given my prep efforts.
