      Process had many stages and was a bit disorganized. First step was a 15 min chat with the hiring manager, then a case study. If they like the case study you move to a review with the hiring manager and then a further behavioral. Post that, you have further interviews with senior management

      Very hard. Interviewed with the recruiting team and a number of other folks. Was 5-10 rounds in total. Very thorough and did their diligence. Company is very smart and clearly recruits incredible people.

      Overall poorly run interview process with absolute zero respect for the applicant. Rude recruiters and very disengaged interviewers. You receive the technical test right after the 15 min HR screen. HR screen is incredibly unhelpful. The recruiter knows nothing about the roles they are recruiting for and cannot answer any questions. Technical test is very mundane and open ended. Could take you 2 min or a full 48 hours. But at the end of the day, they don't care about your technical test because it will never be addressed in any of the further interviews you will have. It's a huge investment from the applicant's point of view. However, the Doordash team doesn't care about it, unlike other firms who care a lot about the applicant's time and technical tests come at the end of the process. Next few rounds of interview are a mix of behavioral and case studies. Almost every interview has a case study component. One thing to note is that a lot of the interviewers make up the case study on the spot and questions are often unrelated to the role. That was a red flag, along with the fact that they wanted an immediate start and other candidates dropped by their own will during the offer stage. Curb your expectations when you start the process and know when to say "no"
