First round -Recruiter call Second round - Hiring Manager - Focused on experience and background Third round - Create a presentation based the case study/prompt they give and you submit it. Fourth Round - if they like your presentation you get to present to a team (usually 3 or 4 people) including the Hiring manager & team Fifth round: Meet with Director or VP of the team

Had a call with a recruiter, then one with a hiring manager and was proceeded to get ghosted. I followed up and they said they liked me but wanted to wait on a candidate who was in the final round before scheduling my next steps. Seems like they like to interview for pipeline purposes
