Screener, 48hr take home analytics exercise, 45min behavioral + case with the director, then 3 sequential 30 min behavorial + case interviews with other team members and the hiring manager.
After putting 40+ hrs into preparing and interviewing for this role and feeling good about it, I got an automatic decline after the final round stating that "it is company policy to not provide feedback." Given the time and effort spent in this process, the least they could do is provide feedback. They don't value potential employee time and I caution anyone to re-consider before applying unless you want to waste your time.
