Had an informational chat with an employee about job opportunities in their org and they referred me to a recruiter immediately to schedule an interview. Interview and analytics exercise was scheduled for a future date. Interviewer 1 was late and Interviewer 2 cut the interview short because of a time conflict. It was clear neither interviewer reviewed my file or met prior to interviewing me as interview questions were repeated. Also because of the shortened time we ended up rushing through the interview with no time for me to ask questions. The day of my analytics exercised, I received an email saying they decided to not move forward in the process. Overall left a bad impression of the company. The whole ordeal felt disorganized and I felt the company did not respect candidates time.
