Recruiter reached out to me for a position and then set up a in person interview with manager, VP of department, HR personnel. This process took 1 to 2 weeks depending on schedule.
After in person interview, it took 1 - 2 weeks for HR to reach me for the position and i have accepted after discussing the pay and benefits.
