It was a Telephonic interview for content creator. They were desiring good communication skills along with ability to make students understand the problems clearly. and also you should be comfortable in MS Office and basic computing and gadget friendliness.

If the company came to your college, They will shortlist your resume Then they will.conduct a google meeting and will tell you about the job and pay structure After that they will conduct a personal interview they will ask very basic questions like introduction favorite author etc etc to judge your communication skills. If you are not very good at communication still they will select you. If you are applying from other sources like internshala or any other job banner then you will have a long process like one of my friend had an interview of about 1 hour and they asked a lot of questions from the subject she chose. So be very careful with your subject pick that subject only of which you have very good knowledge.

First round: Company provided a problem question and we need to make a solution video for it. The video should be easy to understand. Second round: Second round is the interview round in which they asked to introduce and some basic question related to the company.
