Colloquio
I applied through the website and received an email asking to schedule a phone interview, about a week later. I was not called when scheduled and had to email to reschedule. The phone screener called on time for the 2nd try and we spoke for 25 minutes. I did get asked questions about things that were important for the position, though not included in the job description, which was disappointing.

The first call with the recruiter went well and it seemed that the recruiter and I were on the same page. With that being said, I heard no feedback for almost a full month, even after following up. At that point I figured they went another direction and moved on. Lo and behold, the recruiter reaches out a month later to schedule a phone call with a manager for second round. Ok, sure.
The person I interviewed with was incredibly awkward over the phone and got kicked out of the conference room they booked before the phone call was over (less than 30 minutes!) I didn't have the opportunity to ask any of the questions I had prepared for the interviewer, which was incredibly frustrating. I followed up via email asking if it would be possible to set up a little extra time so I could ask the questions I had prepared. Radio silence.
ANOTHER 2-3 weeks go by and I hear that a different team wants to interview with me. I set it up, interview, and then hear nothing again. I think I followed up 3-4 times before I got a generic rejection email. It took almost two months to get through three phone interviews... incredibly unorganized, not very professional.
I get if the company is understaffed, but when a candidate is going out of their way to prepare for the interviews, know and understand the company, and take time away from their job to prepare for/schedule each round, a simple email explaining the rejection would've sufficed. It was like pulling teeth.
