Applied online. Recruiter contacted me within 2-3 days of submitting application. Did a 30 minute screening. Next steps were several video interviews with about 8 people. Decision took about a week. I was warned by others on message boards that they tend to hire only a younger crowd-under 40. This seems to be the case. Just look through all their "people" on LinkedIn. Reason for decline was someone else had a certain experience, which wasn't listed in the job profile- but ok. So yes, everyone was friendly but they want fresh meat and if you don't convince you aren't a die hard sports fan, you won't cross the finish line.

Very average questions. More questions reviewing work history, situational questions, many interviewers took up most of the interview time talking about themselves and what they do.
System design, architecture design, culture fit with vp, team member, manager, and recruiter. All interviews done within 5 days, fast turnaround, and feedback from the recruiter as to why it wasn’t a good fit.

Seamless, responsive, positive experience. TA recruiter was very pleasant, quick to respond and follow up. Overall great experience, was recommended to look for other positions, the one I applied for turned out to be different than what I was looking for.

Recruiter screening, panel interviews, multi day interviews. 3 hours of interviews on one day. Recruiter followed up as stated. Typical interview process. It was nice to have most all on one day rather multiple schedules. Did not get an offer, but I was warned by others that Draftkings doesn't tend to hire people over 40. They want to remain youthful. It will eventually come back to haunt them.
