Recruiter said it sounds like a good fit and would follow up with me that upcoming Friday on next steps and even adds me on LinkedIn. Friday rolls around and...crickets. Sent the recruiter a follow up email the following Tuesday...no response. Thanks for ghosting, "Senior TA Partner."
