The technical interviewer was punctual and polite, but he turned off his camera after 10 minutes and proceeded to have lunch during the call, which felt unprofessional. I literally heard chewing sounds when he spoke. Additionally, the recruiter never followed up with any feedback—not even a templated rejection email. My 2 follow-up emails were just ignored.

3 Step process: 1. General tech knowledge interview 2. Pair programming interview 3. Team mechanics interview The interviews were calm and with well-structured questions. The process was quick and without extra steps.
