I had a highly disappointing and frustrating experience with the interview process at DreamzTech Solutions. The company asked for documentation before even confirming my candidature, followed by six rounds of interviews. After completing all rounds, I was verbally assured of selection. However, after waiting nearly one and a half months without any meaningful updates, I was suddenly rejected.
The process was not just unnecessarily long, but also highly unprofessional. Many interview questions were irrelevant to the role, making the process feel misleading and, frankly, somewhat exploitative — as if the goal was to collect candidate information and waste time rather than genuinely hire.
The recruitment team failed to maintain professionalism, providing false assurances, no timely updates, and complete disregard for candidates’ time and effort. Questions like “Are you really sure you want to join us?” and “Can you keep waiting patiently while we silently decide your fate?” repeated in multiple rounds made the entire experience absurd.
Candidates deserve a transparent, structured, and respectful hiring process. DreamzTech must urgently improve its recruitment practices by being honest, relevant, and professional when interacting with applicants.

The most unprofessional company I ever went for the interview in my entire career.
First after taking the CV, they kept me waiting more than 1 & half hours. Then when I was planning to come back, somebody else came & asked me why I was waiting here. I told him that I have been called for the interview. Then after more 20 mins, I was asked to go to the interview room.
The irritation is not over yet. The questions the interviewer asked me clearly showed that they did not have any intend to hire me.
The most unprofessional interview (process & questions) I faced in my career.
I was called for the full stack developer (php, mysql, angular) position.
After waiting for 1 hour 10 mins, I was aked to go to the interview room. The person who was taking my interview, had no idea what to ask.
Then the technical round started with no such technical questions. He hardly asked me 3-4 questions which were nowhere related to the profile I was called for. No question was asked either from php, mysql or from Angular.
It was clearly understood that they had pre-intention to not to hire me. Then what was the point to waste my time?
