HR/phone interview, Zoom interviews with peer management, presentation. While it was several sessions, the company was very respectful and made sure the times were convenient and progressed the timeline quickly. Feedback was given after each interview.

The recruiter was very friendly, supportive, and organized. I really enjoyed some of my interviews but others were lackluster at best. I made it to the final stretch and despite trying to engage a pretend client audience of two, I was met with a very tepid response and later told I was the one who didn't engage. Honestly, it was a lot of effort with very little reception, which felt insulting. Also, they put a complete stranger in who I had never even interviewed with. I enjoyed the experience but I also felt that I should have been spared the presentation process and given feedback sooner, as I felt the last two interviews did not resonate well. I recommend that they take things step by step instead of trying to book everything at once when there might not even be a chance for the candidate. If you're into persona-based interviews and painstaking detail with your answers, you will do well.
