I really enjoyed the interview process; it moved quickly and was super interesting. There were 4 stages in total (Initial call, HR behavioral, a quick technical, and a 2-hour on-site technical round). The on-site visit was a standout, featuring an office tour and a detailed, in-depth look at what the company does and how they operate.

Got an initial call from HR to book interview date and time. The interview was around 1 hour and involved to be manager and HR. I thought it would be technical but it was purely behavioural questions such as describe a failure you had at work, how would you reolve conflict and some other behavioural questions (competency based questions). If cleared there will be a on-site interview with the team. However, there was no communication from them after this despite sending an email asking for feedback. Overall very unprofessional from a company of this scale.
