The interview process had three parts. First was a behavioral conversation focused on collaboration and problem-solving. Next was a technical conversation around various tools. Finally, I spoke about my analytical approach and some projects i worked on.

As entrevistas foram dividas entre três etapas, uma dinâmica em grupo e uma entrevista com a gerente sênior e um dos sócios da área.
A dinâmica apresentou um problema e divididos em grupos tivemos que elaborar uma resolução utilizando um pilar chave, o uso de experiências prévias foi bem-vindo.
Referral hire. Lengthy but streamlined interview process. Standard application with one phone screening interview and another set of interviews with partners and Senior managers.
Minimal technical questions for staff, focus was more so on fit and behavior. (E.g., what would you do in X scenario?)

There was a 30 minute behavioral interview and then there was a 45 minute case interview. The interviews were conducted by two different people virtually. It was a straightforward process.
