First online test. Then a personal interview with HR, Director and Partner. HR asked mainly about the CV and personal motivation. The director asked a lot of questions about the working field and asked me to do some calculation and interpret the result. In total it was a nice and direct interview. Yet questions can be tough even if you are well prepared.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.

The interview lasted about an hour and was highly technical, covering topics in depth. The detailed discussion suggests genuine interest in evaluating my skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the role.
