The interview is fairly basic and smooth. EY wants to have those who is able to bring their company to a higher level. The interviewers are nice and kind. The whole process is organised and well-informed. You will be interviewed in turn by the HR, manager and partner. Partner part is the most important step as you will mostly likely to be in his team.

Comparatively easier compared to other big 4. Typically a 45 mins interview with focus on technical questions. Interviewer mainly checks your technical knowledge and experience based off your previous projects.
