I was interviewed in an hour discussion. They explore what I've been accomplished. The discussion is relax and engaging. I have strong confidence that there will be follow up process, but then never heard from them since 3 months. I lost hope and asking myself, why the reputable company didn't appreciate the time of the candidate by giving any feedback on the process? It's okay being rejected but we always want to improve ourselves on what we're lacking of.

The interview overall is just to go through the resume and talking about the resume and experience. Not much technical stuff to ask.
Kurzes Kennelernen, Fachlicher Fit, Personal Fit inkl kurzen Case der allerdings leicht zu lösen war. Gab circa 10 Minuten Zeit für die Lösung des cases. Interviewdauer 60 Minuten, also recht kurz.
