Ik werd gecontacteerd via LinkedIn voor een verkennend gesprek. Na dat gesprek moest ik 2 online assessments uitvoeren. De resultaten waren positief en ik werd uitgenodigd voor een selection day, waarbij er een sollicitatieinterview plaatsvond en een groeps- en individuele case. Alles was erg goed georganiseerd en de mensen waren zeer vriendelijk. Enkele dagen later kreeg ik te horen dat de evaluatie positief was en ik werd uitgenodigd voor een finaal gesprek met de partner van het Audit Team. Aan het einde van dat gesprek werd groen licht gegeven en enkele dagen later kreeg ik een contractvoorstel.

Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.
