There were two interviews in total. First is the phone screen followed by a second interview with senior manager. The second interview was relax and not as serious as I expected it to be. was given the typical questions like "tell me about yourself?" before proceeding to more technical question. but it was pretty easy overall. My tip to get an interview is to call up EY office and ask for the HR personnel in charge of hiring email address, instead of the typical online application.
