three interviews, screening process first then a technical after and lastly and interview with someone who you would work with , generally laid back and made you feel comfortable answering the questions given to you

Did my phone interview with recruiter which said she would reach back out shortly. Never heard back from her. Sent 3 emails over the next 2 weeks just checking in and not a single reply. 4 weeks later I got an automated email saying they offered someone else the job which I have no problem with. But their communication is horrible! Very bad look for Eaton when the first person you interact with is that bad at their job. Makes you wonder if that’s wide spread in the company that communication is bad.
