Great experience very detailed and engaging interview process . Great conversation how it correlates with Eaton Corp with their method and procedures. Interview lasted to around 45 min to an hour . High recommend

Did my phone interview with recruiter which said she would reach back out shortly. Never heard back from her. Sent 3 emails over the next 2 weeks just checking in and not a single reply. 4 weeks later I got an automated email saying they offered someone else the job which I have no problem with. But their communication is horrible! Very bad look for Eaton when the first person you interact with is that bad at their job. Makes you wonder if that’s wide spread in the company that communication is bad.
