I applied online, received a follow-up email to schedule a 30 minute phone interview the following week. Was partnered with an inexperienced recruiter that was very short on interaction. The recruiter stated that "we're on a tight schedule" and wanted to jump right into making her decision. The interview could have ended within the first 3 minutes as the recruiter became silent after discussing the past 5 years of my sales background. I immediately knew things were going south as I could hear her ruffling through papers and typing, I guess preparing for the next interview. Ultimately I was not offered the position due to a lack of experience. It was a waste of effort and time. My resume clearly descibes my experience and skills. If I wasn't a match for the position, an interview should not have been offered.

Very quick and professional, there is a phone screen then in person interview. If you are a final then you may have another call with top exec. The actual process is quick compared to other companies I had interviewed with. Be prepared to present during interview, and you will need to have a list of references who are willing to take 15 minutes to fill out a survey on you. This includes several managers, customers and co-workers. This will be what holds things up if any delays..
