Screening interview, followed by a meeting with the manager, a project and presentation, technical interview, group interviews. They then wanted to speak another time. The meeting with the manager was mostly mini case studies, followed by an awkward technical section. The technical review was on SQL and python, even though python was not listed as a job requirement and not on my resume. The presentation was to 10 people and many individuals asked questions outside the scope of the project. In the end, the entire process was so negative, especially compared to the level of the position and compensation, I withdrew. They're still hiring as though they are a high growth start up, despite being an unprofitable subsidiary of a low growth company.

Phone screen then followed up by a technical screen and chat with hiring manager. Here comes the bad part. They proceed to take 2 weeks before moving me on to the virtual onsite round. That was red flag number 1. After I completed the onsite round, I was feedback and told I would hear back in another 2 weeks. When I received no update, I reached out only to be told I would have to wait another week. This company just kept stringing me along after my onsite for 3 entire weeks.
In addition, for a data analyst role, I was given leetcode style CS questions which is very weird given knowing python was not even a requirement on the job posting.
Overall, I feel like this company does not value their candidates time and energy and that is reflected in their hiring process
