The Interview process was quite a smooth one. The first round was basic questions of your lvelihood skills and it will be a mail interview kid of. And then there will be final round of interview which can be telephonic and face-to-face both.

I appeared for a telephonic round. Interview was quite normal. Interests and qualifications were asked. Also you need to justify why you are suitable for the job. Then some questions were asked to test your basic knowledge about marketing and sponsorship. What is marketing all about and how can you get sponsorship from companies. Then what have you done in your college that you think you can fit in this job. If a company denies from sponsorship what will you do? You have to be honest and confident.

First Application was submitted via online. Then cv shortlisting was done and i got selected. Second round was a telephonic interview Which one taken by one of the members The interview was of 15-17 mins. Question were asked based on your personality and skills.
