Very unprofessional process. First they simply call you at anytime as if you are waiting around the phone for them to call, when I ask the lady to please call me back later she never did. I had to get in touch with them to remind them. Once the telephone interview was over they ask me to take an online personality test and the invitation never came. I had to contact them again to remind them. The interview is always with the same person, the head of the team. one per telephone and one in person at their office. They don't have proper meeting rooms but rather a large empty room with two sofas about four meters away from each other and you basically need to scream across the room while interviewing. They offer 36k for a controller position but given that I am junior then 34,6k were offered (what a joke). The lady said I will hear back from her in some days and it's been almost one month and nothing, I guess that for the third time, they forgot again. Really bad feeling and makes one not excited either motivated to join the organisation.
