Different from my past experiences but in a good way. Besides LinkedIn chatting, i had a total of 4/5 interviews, all in different sessions and they were all very interesting with many different teams and team members. There was space in the end to ask questions and i've chosen to ask them all the same question. What is it like to work at EMMA? And their answers were pretty much all the same, highlighting pretty much the same good and not so good aspects. It showed me that the answers were consistent across all teams and team members. Also the company is very transparent and incentivizes you to speak up and talk your ideas out. The 1st interview was very difficult (from my previous experiences) but the following 3/4 interviews were very easy, fun and relaxed.

They seem to have indefinite job opening and no interest in hiring one. Keep opening and closing the position over and over again. Dont reply for application rejection feedbacks too

Havent got to that part because of the auto processes
There were just a few standard interview questions, with no introduction from the interviewer, and she kept her video off the entire time, which felt very disrespectful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
1 test after sending the application,
and then 3-4 interview rounds with different people and levels in various departments. My interview was postponed a few times due to their schedule
