I applied online and then got the link for an online quantitative and logical assessment. Passed and moved to 45' interview with HR (I guess). After I scheduled the interview and spent nearly 2 hours in the process, the company told me my application couldn't be considered because I was in process (for a totally different position) in the past six months.

Senior TA interview 3. 2 interviews with senior business professionals The most specific topic is that they attract certain types of profiles with this job description for jobs that are not on the market. They then screen you according to the jobs they have in mind without telling you beforehand what those could be. It makes the interview process somewhat unbalanced.
