The interview process was smooth and well-organized, which made it a very positive experience. From the start, the communication was clear, and I felt comfortable throughout. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions that gave me the chance to showcase my skills and interests, and they were equally open and engaging when answering my questions about the role and company. Overall, it was a seamless process that left me with a great impression of the company and team.
The process is so irritating because they mail you from a generic email ID and no one replies to you. They treat it as they are doing a BIG favour by scheduling this interview. No wonder they have a high employee turnover. Very bad management and worse communication
20-minute online interview scheduled easily (they give you flexibility to choose a day and time). I was asked to talk about myself and then asked some position-specific questions (related to marketing).

Primero hacen una prueba cognitiva que consiste en responder 50 preguntas en 12 minutos. Si la pasas, entonces te llaman para una entrevista por videollamada de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Considero que iban un poco rápido y no daba tiempo apresentarse correctamente.
