Colloquio
I was found by a recruiter earlier in the year in 2014. I expressed my interest but then it seemed the job went away but then 3 months later he contacted me again. I had a phone interview and 2 onsite interviews. The interview was pretty straightforward and easy, just going over my resume and assessing my skills to see how I fit in this job. They also wanted to know how hard I'd work because they said it was a busy role.

Applied for a position in their site, 1 month later was told that they will not be considering my application, despite having all the qualifications listed. Thats ok. 3 months later, recruiter from Equinix reached out asking if I am interested, I told them I had applied and was not considered earlier but I am willing to learn more about the role, recruiter went silent, did not reply any messages. My colleague was reached out by this same recruiter, after 2 or 3 messages the recruiter just went silent and didnt reply. Complete lack of professionalism. If this is the image of the company, I am glad Im not working there. And I would discourage anyone else from applying too.

Phone screen and Hire Vue (video interview) only.
The phone screen was the usual: getting to know you, your background, salary requirements, location, a quick overview of the company, and an overview of the job.
Hire Vue was disappointing primarily because it had five questions. If you want to get to know someone - talk to them! *The way of the world is changing... Anyway, three (maybe four) questions are more than enough, especially when some of the questions were already asked on the phone.
Recruiters shouldn’t promise to get back to someone in a certain timeframe and then not keep close to that promise. Ghosting is inexcusable and cowardly! I don’t care how many candidates are in the running; split follow ups with email and phone. If I learned that my Talent Acquisition team failed to do this there would be immediate corrective actions. You are misrepresenting the company and its values because you never know who could be a future client or employee (it’s a small world).

Tell me about a time when you had to deliver difficult feedback to someone.
The first interview was with a computer. Overall several interviews and the process was slow. You got to meet a number of people which was nice. The recruiter kept me in the loop the whole time.
