I applied to a job as a Product Marketing Manager, had a phone interview with the recruiter and an onsite interview with the hiring manager and recruiter. After a 2h+ interview I was told I'd hear back within a month. 4 months later I still didn't hear anything though I followed up with the recruiter twice. I don't have problems with being rejected but not hearing a word after you put in at least 6 hours of your time (completing an application, preparing for the interview and 3h of interviews in total) is just disrespectful.

How did you overcome pushback in your last job. Describe a situation.
It was very well organized and it moved at a really nice pace. It didn't feel like they were rushing, but they didn't waste my time either which was much appreciated. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly, ready to answer any question, and was super prepared with questions that you could tell would help them find the right match.

The entire process took over 2 months and was very time consuming. The project they had me complete took a long time. I ended up not even receiving the role and they didn't even tell me until I emailed them 3x. I felt as if they forgot me.
