Lengthy . They lack coordination , one is not kept updated about the interview process. One has to chase for feedback, unresponsive and unprofessional TA team. They have no sense of time . The team members from TA lack coordination . The question of accpting the offer is not applicable here , as this company is not even sure whether they want to hire. they just keep you hanging , no response to any emails or messages , just one fine day they will wake up and ask you to appear for a round of interview and then again after a long gap appear again and then again disappear
They did not seem to know what they were looking for in applicants and seemed pretty disorganized and were unusually slow to follow up with me. At one point I almost forgot I was still interviewing with them.
