Had gone through 6 rounds with the amazing interview panelist. Exploring the managerial capabilities, my skills, strengths, impact , scenario based questions. Met the VP and Head of HR as well in the last 2 rounds which was helpful to understand what are the expectations out of the role

Yet another company that doesn't respect candidates. In addition to the initial screening, I had 5 interviews, 3 of which were back to back with no breaks. 4 of them could easily have been consolidated into one 90 minute panel interview since the questions were basically the same just from different product, tech, and managerial perspectives. I found myself using the same examples over and over, which probably didn't play in my favor when they compared notes. But again, the questions didn't differ much person to person so neither did my examples. With the exception of a smug engineer and the recruiters, who had abysmal communication, I really liked everyone I spoke with and thought there was a good rapport all around; however, apparently the feeling wasn't mutual and I'll never know why because I got a standard rejection an hour after following up myself with the recruiter (makes me wonder if they had planned to tell me at all). Given that my time is extremely valuable and I had to take a half day off work to accommodate their silly process, I asked for personalized feedback but received nothing. The most insulting part was that their standard rejection email is littered with shameless self promotion (follow us on this, come to our events, etc). It might be a cool group to work with if you're willing to risk being disrespected and rejected without explanation. Side note: a couple of interviewers openly lamented the mass covid layoffs which didn't instill a lot of confidence in the stability of the company.
