Had an initial interview with HR, then had an Interview with Lead, then they made me do a large contract review assignment. Interview process took over two weeks and team was unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of.

After having two initial interviews, they me do a massive homework assignment on contract review, then never returned my calls or emails regarding the position.
1st step: phone screen with the recruiter 2nd step: interview with the hiring manager 3rd step: Four 30-min interviews. These were with members of the legal team as well as employees from various business units that work alongside the legal team
