At first I had phone interview and after that I got an invintation for meeting. Next step starts with a group of people ( ~10 people) gathering in a room where we meet our HR. Then we had a small trip around the building and saw what we will be doing at this position. After we had a presentation about company where a lot of things were explained (bonus system, about company, “careers opportunity). After that we had some tests (English language test and one for logic). Only after these we had individual interviews, which were recorded on camera.

Friendly, knowledgeable supervisor led me through the introductory slide show, gave me the basics on the operation, asked me a few questions and took me on a tour of the facility. There was a brief skills tutorial/evaluation at the end.
