First round was HR round with normal behavioural questions and a week later they asked me to perform an online technical assessment and the very next hour I was progressed to an interview with hiring manager. It was pretty easy round asking about the experience and just some general question and then started the GHOSTING period which I felt very bad , when I took the follow up , no response and again a week after no response. Its a horrible considering when HR specifically says to you that I understand its difficult during job process so communication would be very smooth from us. Please stop giving false hopes and promises if you are not intending to fulfill them.
