Ghosted after initial intro offer with HR manager. Was hardly asked any questions specific to my experience, implying that the role was already filled. Not a problem if roles are filled or going a different direction, but just reply to emails & let candidates know to stop wasting their time,

The interview started with a phone interview after 2 days application is submitted. Then with HM within a week and interview loop with 3 interviewers, The entire process took 1-1.5 months. The recruiter was very nice but not the coordinator, I was ghosted after the final interviews even receiving good feedback and verbal offer. Then received rejection letter 2 weeks later
