Processus de recrutement :
1) Premier entretien technique de type LeetCode
2) Entretien avec le recruteur
3) Entretien avec le manager
4) Deuxième entretien technique (également du LeetCode) — exercice réussi, mais on m’a finalement indiqué que le poste visait un profil avec plus de 5 ans d’expérience, alors que l’annonce mentionnait un minimum de 2 ans
5) Dernier entretien axé sur les valeurs et la culture d’entreprise
Retour d’expérience :
Malheureusement, après ces cinq entretiens, je n’ai reçu aucun retour malgré plusieurs relances. J’ai découvert par moi-même sur l’espace candidat que ma candidature n’avait pas été retenue.
C’est dommage, car le processus était bien structuré au départ, mais le manque de communication finale laisse une impression peu professionnelle.

-Had 3 stages. First stage was a hacker-rank with 2 questions and a few multiple choice questions, Passed that then got a recruiter call. With the recruiter call I was told that I will be told in a few days if I got to the final stage or not. Then after a few days got to the final stage. This is where they took a week or 2 to book the interview because they were waiting for the team to give slots. After a week or 2 the interview was booked, and had two 1 hour interviews both leetcode oriented.
