The process was well-structured and transparent throughout. It consisted of multiple rounds, including initial screening, role-specific interviews, and a final HR discussion. Each stage focused on different aspects such as my previous experience, problem-solving approach, and overall fit with the team. Communication was clear and timely, and the interviewers were professional and thoughtful. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience and was what made me want to join the team

Overall, the process was pretty quick and everyone was very responsive throughout. My HR partner was lovely, quick to respond, and very helpful. I had 4 rounds which included a video-screen interview, a call with HR, an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, and then a 45-minute call with another team member.
