3 interviews, relatively basic, introduce yourself, work questions. Offer issued within 2 weeks. The talent acquisition from AAE was very gossipy, has even badmouth about my future boss before the interview. That was funny.

very responsive HR, she helped me all through the process and was very pleasant and interested in getting to really know the candidates feels good to have such a quality of process of recruiting
I enjoyed everyone I interviewed with. But the recruiter I worked with made my process a negative experience. Her communication after each interview was very delayed so I was left in the dark a lot. I completed the entire interview process and NEVER heard from her again. Even candidates who aren’t receiving an offer still receive some type of communication. To completely ghost a candidate that has completed your entire interview process is very unprofessional.
