Applied online through Expedia career site and the recruiter reached out within a week. Initial screening with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager and ten all day onsite.
Overall very well coordinated process. During onsite I met with 6 team members (PMs, Dev Manager, Developer, HM, Business Manager)

Behavior based questions for most of the non technical rounds, then for technical round I was asked to do data modeling / system design for a generic use case.

Screening with HR, a good conversation with the hiring manager including behavioral questions. The interview went well, but the position went away. It wasn't that I didn't get an offer, but that no one did. I see them advertising for positions, but I doubt they are actually hiring based on this experience. Are any of their roles real currently?

Multiple loops, they go through every aspect of Program Management. Once you are done with the loop, they evaluate your candidature against others interviewing for the role.
Sometimes it can be time consuming but hang in there.

Discussion type of interview with the hiring mgr's right hand man. Then interview with potential colleagues. Then... Not able to reach recruiter, who centralised all communication until then, because he left the company. Nobody else stepped in to follow up. The managers (including hiring mgr) from the business were not responding to e-mail. (I later found out that Expedia have a policy of communicating only via the recruiter and are not willing to give ph #s or even e-mail addresses). Only 3 months later managed to eek out a reply that the job description was changed and they already got someone.
