      Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Expedia Group

      I applied for the position online and was contacted by HR a month later thru email. I was invited to a job fair for the next step in the interview process. I also had to fill out some paperwork that was emailed to me and that needed to be turned in at the job fair. I sent an email back with the time that I would be able to meet. There were about 4 different time slots available. When I arrived at Expedia there were 3 other applicants interviewing for the position. I gave the HR Manager my paperwork and too a seat. She was very pleasant. We then went into a room where we watched a video that highlighted the growth of Expedia and their beginnings. The HR Mgr covered the perks and benefits that Expedia had to offer. Then the manager for the Tier 3 Customer Svc Rep Ctr went into depth about the position. I then had two interviews. Pretty much the same questions. Why Expedia? As well as behavioral questions (STAR) format. I did have to do some basic navigation on the computer. Unless you have never touched a computer in your life you should be just fine. Very simple. But I would like to point out that being on the computer is a huge part of this position and working with customers. After my interviews I was told I would receive a call from HR within a week or two if selected for the position. Waiting on call back. Very confident I did well and will receive a job offer.

      Nothing unexpected. Typical professional job interview. Expedia is very laid back in their call center and allow you to wear jeans, tennis shoes etc. That being said, for your interview please dress professionally like you are going to an interview and that you want a job.

      Job fair, I heard 400 people showed up. Email states fill out application vendor going but upon arriving I was told that didn't matter. I filled an app & took a seat. First interview is a screen, questions about your experience, jobs. if they asked you to stay it's a good sign. Second interview was mostly customer service based questions. I was told to wait for HR. My friend told me she went to 3 interviews in the last job fair. I didn't get a third.
