Overall Process was excellent. Well organized and executed. After the phone screening, they let me know their interest in calling me in for a loop. The scheduling took a while since the recruiter was swamped. Eventually i pushed and the interview loop was scheduled. I interviewed in person with 5 people including the then CIO - Ingvar. I enjoyed the process thoroughly, mostly because i was really psyched about the role and had a lot of experience in that area :-).
They let me know within a couple of days that they were going to make an offer - the offer took a while since there was an org change around that time.

Applied online (no referral) - recruiter reached out and invited for 1st round with HM - waited for 2 weeks after 1st round - and proceeded to 2nd pannel round with 4 interviewer from x-functional team (pm, engineer, designer, Director). Didn't get the offer but recruiter was helpful and interviewers were nice as well.

Questions were almost entirely behavioral. There was no homework assignment or presentation.
