The process was long and included interviews with various members of the department. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in the conversation and were generally friendly. It was not clear exactly what the process entailed, which was frustrating.

Long process, little consideration for applicants' time. The questions were relevant, however many people were involved confusing the situation. Overall, the interviews felt relaxed but feedback times were far apart.
