one byteboard online test (not difficult) and one super long final interview, about two hours. A bit difficult and require working on a project and then take it to the interview
Excessive: 1 hour with a non-developer recruiter, then a 1 hour online assessment with multiple flaws in it's construction which inhibited proper evaluation, then a 3 hour panel interview, and THEN an open-ended "take-home" project... only to get rejected despite succeeding at the assessments, and being fully qualified, with 20 years of experience particularly in Ezoic's precise field (Click Thru maximization, A.I.) -- all while bidding under their maximum offer.
